We have developed several options for providing service so that we can keep you hearing at your best during this time of uncertainty. Atlantic Hearing Care is open during regular business hours. We are following proper infection control protocols to keep everyone safe and healthy. We do ask that you reschedule your office appointment if you or someone you have been in contact with has a cold, cough, fever or has traveled out of the country.
Unless the appointment is for delivery of a new or repaired hearing aid you may be able to take advantage of our remote service options:
we can mail supplies to you at your home (batteries, domes and wax guards).
If your hearing aid needs to be cleaned you can have it dropped off at the Swampscott office between 9-3 Monday through Friday, please call ahead so that we expect it. We can also provide curbside pickup so that you do not have to leave your car.
We can schedule a remote appointment, either through the phone or through video chat. All you need for the video chat is a smart phone or computer with an internet connection. We can email you the link and instructions once you call for an appointment. If you are unfamiliar with computers give us call for help.
